And their voices should be warm, engaging [and] charismatic.” There was, however, no mention of any actor needing to bear a resemblance to Johanssen.

I think that this is about people considering the new technology to bear a resemblance to the film "Her," where Johnannsen played a more emotional personal assistant. I think that people simply wanted to read Johansson into whatever voice they then heard from ChatGPT-4o.
