"Ghostbusters" Trailer Debuts!

Article: ‘Ghostbusters’ Reboot First Trailer Arrives Online - Variety

The new "Ghostbusters" trailer was just released.

And, it's getting a lot of thumbs down! Why? It isn't because of sexism, with people losing their minds over women taking the place of the original's men. Instead, it's the absolute lack of laughs! My understanding is that this is supposed to be a comedy. Well, comedies have laughs, right? This doesn't. At all. Could be a problem!

To Director Paul Feig, I would offer this advice from Woody Allen's great 1981 film, "Stardust Memories": "You want to do the world a favor? Tell funnier jokes!"

"Ghostbusters" is scheduled for release on July 10.
