"The Mandalorian and Grogu" Has The Lowest Disney Box Office Ever

Article: ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ is Disney’s lowest-ever Star Wars film opening - CNBC

Review List: The Mandalorian and Grogu - Rotten Tomatoes

"The Mandalorian and Grogu" has the lowest-ever box office for a Disney-released "Star Wars" film. Disney’s “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu” racked up an estimated $82 million in domestic ticket sales through its first three days in theaters.

2018′s “Solo: A Star Wars Story,” which at $84 million was the previous lowest-opening "Star Wars" film for Disney. The Production Budget was $166.4M and the Promotional Budget was $120M+. That means that the film needs to make $445-600 million in worldwide box office to break even.

"The Mandalorian and Grogu" is out in theaters now.
