The popular Artificial Intelligence Art creator Stable Diffusion has released Version 2.
Like other AI Art Tools, Stable Diffusion allows users to enter a text prompt, and the software will take that prompt and create an art image from it. Like other AI Art programs, the release of a major revision is likely to spark both excitement and controversy. Excitement from users like myself that enjoy creating art using our imaginations, even though we lack the ability to draw or paint. Controversy from those who bristle at the idea of someone simply using text and having art created for them.
We will see what new art (and controversy) are created with this new version.
