Artificial Intelligence is entering all walks of life these days. One is food. A coffee roaster in Finland is using AI to create a coffee blend. Like in wine, roasters will combine beans from different origins to come up with a unique blend based on the taste of the combined coffees. The blend in this case is called “AI-conic” and uses four different types of coffee beans.
